Your Foundation
"The core fundamentals for personal development"
You Foundation is the online version of the paid workshops Jill McKnight conducts for those seeking guidance through a transition in their life. In this course you will learn key skills that can help you manage difficulties that arise when someone is going through a difficult transition.
Your transition may be in the form of a job, school, relationship, or personal change that you may think is impossible to overcome. Using the skills and techniques Jill presents in this course you can begin to walk down your road to transition with confidence.
It's intentionally brief in length and does not go into depth the way a workshop or one on one session would. It's designed to give hope, support, and give you some tools that can turn your situation into a positive opportunity for change.
We hope you enjoy the course, feel free to reach out to Jill with any questions you may.have.
